Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code and with European Directive 2023/2673 which came into force on June 19, 2026, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

In accordance with Directive 2023/2673, you can exercise your right of withdrawal directly online, simply and quickly, from your customer area:

Log in to your customer area
Access your relevant order
Click on "Request a return" or "Cancel my order"
Confirm your request by indicating your name and order details
You will receive an automatic email confirmation on a durable medium

📅 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the last item of your order.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is automatically extended until the next working day.

📦 Product Return

In case of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

The return costs are at your expense
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging if possible
You are responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods

💰 Refund

We will proceed with the reimbursement of all payments received from you, including initial delivery costs (unless you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard method), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may defer the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date retained being that of the first of these facts.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different means.

⚠️ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection

📜 Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the French Consumer Code and with European Directive 2023/2673 on the electronic right of withdrawal, which came into force on June 19, 2026, as well as with the Omnibus Directive (2019/2161/EU) transposed into French law.

In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months and 14 days.
