⏳ Why these delays?
Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses (mainly in Asia). This model allows us to offer you competitive prices, but requires a longer delivery time. However, these times are approximate. Average observed delay: 10 to 20 days depending on the destination. We thank you for your patience and trust.
🛃 Customs and Taxes — Overseas Departments and Territories
The overseas departments and territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, French Guiana, Mayotte) have specific customs regulations. For parcels from Asia, customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may be applied upon arrival of the parcel in the territory.
These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the sale price or in the delivery costs displayed on our site. Their amount depends on the value of the parcel and the local regulations in force.
In case of refusal by the customer to pay customs fees, the parcel may be returned or destroyed by the customs authorities. Droopships cannot be held responsible in this case.
📧 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number depending on the carrier. Tracking may take 5 to 10 days to become active after shipment.
